The official store from the world of Outspace. Here you will find T-shirts, hoodies, caps and other gear designed for players, pilots and members of the Outspace community.
How does the ordering process work?
Choose a product, size, fit and the required quantity. Add the item to your cart, enter your delivery details, select a shipping method and securely pay for your order.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order online by card. The payment is securely processed by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment card details.
How long does delivery take?
The estimated delivery time is approximately 10 business days. The exact estimate is displayed directly on the product page and takes weekends and public holidays into account.
Delivery times for some items may vary depending on availability, product variant or production method.
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost is displayed in the cart and during checkout. It depends on the destination country, order value and selected delivery method.
Once you reach the currently stated order value threshold, you will receive free shipping. The value of the products in your cart counts towards this threshold.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Available countries and shipping methods are displayed during checkout. If your country cannot be selected, contact us.
How do I choose the correct size?
Follow the size chart provided for the specific product. We recommend comparing the listed measurements with a T-shirt or hoodie that fits you well.
Measurements may vary slightly between individual fits and manufacturers.
Can I order multiple products at once?
Yes. You can add any combination of available products, sizes, fits and colour variants to a single order.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been successfully completed, you will receive an order number and confirmation at the e-mail address you provided. You can use the order number to view its current status.
If you cannot find the confirmation, please also check your spam or junk mail folder.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number. If the order has not yet entered production or been dispatched, we will try to make the requested change.
How can I withdraw from the contract and return the goods?
As a consumer, you can generally withdraw from a contract concluded online within 14 days of receiving the goods. You must then return the goods no later than 14 days after withdrawing from the contract.
The right of withdrawal may not apply, for example, to goods made or customised according to your individual requirements. Further details can be found in the Terms and Conditions.
Can I return the goods?
The conditions for withdrawing from the contract, returning goods and any applicable exceptions can be found in the Terms and Conditions. Please contact us before sending any goods back.
What if the goods arrive damaged or incorrect?
Send us your order number, a brief description of the problem and photographs of both the delivered goods and their packaging. We will investigate the issue and agree on the next steps with you.

Yes. The products and their designs come directly from the world of the indie MMO Outspace, and this is its official merch store.
